The two hotels were excellent choices with a very good level of service and location. The guide and driver were also very excellent and provided us with a very relaxing and comfortable travelling experience, the guide was very knowledgeable but his English was a little difficult to understand sometimes, but we were able to learn a lot from him and his choice of places to visit was exactly right. We were very pleased with the arrangement in Vietnam. Everything worked out just as we had hoped . The guides and the drivers were all very good and the programme was very well put together, a good mixture of scenery, cultural buildings, old and modern history. The guides were very knowledgeable and informative and were able to answer all the many questions we had. The restaurants chosen were also very good and we enjoyed all the meals included in the programme. The hotels varied, but were fine for 3-star. The Asia hotel in Hué was excellent, . We realise that 9 days is not nearly enough to see Vietnam properly, but it gave us a very good idea of the country, and ideas as to where to spend more time next time. It was interesting for us to be there as everybody was preparing for the Tet holiday .. lots of traffic etc., but it was good to get a view of ‘real’ life, and the flowers everywhere were fantastic.
Once again, we were very satisfied with all the arrangements and we will recommend VietnamTripAdvisor to all our friends who are going to visit vietnam

As I was a leader of my group, I've got no any complaints about the trip from my group. They were very happy to all tours, transportations and meals. Sapa trip was very impressive as well as Halong Bay even though both trips were very short trip. Wish to going back and staying longer at Sapa next time or maybe other places. Of course, Vietnamtripadvisor is chosen to be my travel agent to anywhere in Vietnam. In addition, I have already spread out my recommendation to many of my friends and colleagues. It was lovely to meet you & your colleagues at your office. We felt very welcome. Please tell you friends that you all made us feel quite at home. Thank you also for the gifts & meal that we thoroughly enjoyed. It was very kind of you to show us some of the real Vietnamese way of life.
We were very happy with the way you helped us plan & organise our trip to Vietnam & Laos and were very impressed with your quick email responses to all our questions & requests, & felt that we were dealing with a friendly & competent advisor, even before we met you.
This was the first time we had booked everything using the internet, & we were thrilled that everything went so smoothly, thanks to your help with booking Vietnam Airlines flights & modifying the Laos Treasures tour to suit our needs.
In Laos, our guide Phet & driver Huyn were terrific. The vehicle we travelled in was new & very comfortable & we were given a very good description of all the sites we visited. The accommodation was also first class & we had no complaints at all.
Our only suggestions that might help, is for you to list the tour/trip dates, & the corresponding itinerary & accommodation for those dates (as we did for the Laos tour) as soon as possible in your communications, to make it very clear to customers when & where they are going & what they will be doing. You might also need to make it clear that people will need to pay for their Laos visas when they arrive at the Laotian airport. We had to pay for these at Vientiane airport & we had thought we had already paid for them in the $70 paid to Andrew in HCMC. We were a bit confused about the $70 which was paid back to us in Laos, and although we were not worried about this, other people might be.
I have attached the photos taken at your office. Hope you like them & can find them useful to advertise your services.
Thank you again for all you help in planning a marvellous trip that we truly enjoyed & that has given us many happy memories of your country & its people. Hi Thuc I came back home in Hong Kong for few days, and now would write to you some comments on Sapa Trip in the last late March. I thank you very much for your good arrangement on Sapa tour. Frankly, it is very wonderful, except for one thing, I think a guide spoke a little of English, might be we are journalists, and we want to learn more about ethnic people living in small villages in Sapa, so it would be a perfect trip if having a better guide. Aside from that Sapa train is so nice, very clean and good-looking, two of us had a cabin for our own, and it looks so beautiful out of our expectations. Victory Sapa hotel is very worth to staying, have no comments. We felt very satisfied. We are completing our research on the trip to Vietnam, and feel very well. Yesterday I reached my home. I spent 6 days in Vietnam and I am deeply impressed by the country and its people. Very nice people, always helpful, always kindly, wonderful cities, landscapes and wonderful dishes . I am sure to come again and then stay a longer time. The organization of the tours was perfect, the drivers and the guides tried to explain us as much as possible about country and people. You all did a perfect job!!!
